He started his career at Ray & Berndtson Executive Search as a Research Specialist. In the following years, he worked for several well-known companies in Frankfurt and was able to significantly expand his knowledge in industries such as life science, finance, chemical, high- tech, IT and automotive.

Michael Neumann founded his own executive search company, where he focused on filling national and international top management and senior manager positions. He fosters a broad network as a senator in the Senate of Economics and associate in the different federal expert commissions of the Economic Council.

He is also a member of the advisory committee of the Chamber for Industry and Commerce and the business club Rhein-Main, he also plays an active role at ROTARY.

As a native of Frankfurt, he also studied business administration and international politics at the Goethe University there.

In addition to his native German, he speaks English and French.

Michael Neumann is married and has two sons. He is an active tennis, golf and soccer player.

With two decades of experience in the executive search business, his sector expertise covers industry, printing & packaging, technical services and finance. He has a sound experience in placing positions at Top-, Senior-, Middle Management- as well as on expert level.

He started his career in a boutique Headhunting company in Frankfurt and held the positions Head of Conception, Senior Consultant and Junior Partner before he decided to join Alexander Hughes.

Ferdinand studied law, is fluent in English and has a basic command of Spanish and French.
